A plate, thrown and turned, with footring (and drilled hole for hanging.) It shows a figure of indeterminate gender with a strange headdress and downcast expression, outlined in black, and painted in manganese brown, green, red and blue. The man is flanked by two complementary polychrome sprigs with added splashes of yellow, and which show a large flower and a vestigial serrated leaf.
