Obverse: Personification of Victory standing at proper right, in a breast plate, lion-headed helmet, gown, and holding branch in her right and showing way to success to a young athlete, standing at center, with spoils at feet and landscape in background; inscribed underneath Victory’s foot “L” overlapping the “C” of the incised “COUDRAY”.
Reverse: Sports equipment including drums, rackets, rifles, a bicycle, anchor, etc. piled together with standing targets and rising sun in background; an un-inscribed cartouche below and a perched dove below.
