DescriptionThe stone is white and greenish-black. The base is flat, and the rim is rolled and everted. There is a ring at the top. It is broken and mended. Fragments are missing.
ProvenanceFrom Egypt, Menkaura Valley Temple, Giza. 1911: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
