DescriptionThe stone is white spotted with gray. Handles are modeled on the shoulders. The rim is wide and flattened. The mouth is small. It is broken and mended. Fragments are missing.
ProvenanceFrom Egypt, Menkaura Valley Temple, Giza. 1911: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
