DescriptionObverse: Taras astride dolphin left; in extended right hand, strigil upwards; drawn-back left hand on dolphin.

Reverse: Taras as founder or oikist; right arm extended and flexed, balancing spindle of wool on back of hand; in drawn-back and lowered left hand, a strigil; oil flask suspended from wrist; pointed end of himation under left knee; back legs only of stool show, drawn in perespective; right foot on footstool; left foot almost facing.
