DescriptionLimestone statuette of a striding male figure with pleated kilt, arms at side. Feet missing, head broken and mended. Fine details. Incised on back pillar is hieroglyphic text of the offering formula (hetep-di-nisut) to Osiris; owner's name missing.
Provenance1904: purchased for the MFA by Albert M. Lythgoe in Hu, Egypt.
