DescriptionThis is a string of ninety-two blue faience cylinders, one disc bead, two amethyst ball beads, three melon beads; amulets. Amulets include schematic Tawerets or wadjet eyes and cross-hatched plaques.
ProvenanceFrom Nubia, Kerma. Excavated by the Harvard University-Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA by the government of Sudan.
