DescriptionThis string of beads contains 7 large (1.1 cm) and 14 small ball beads, 1 large (1.2 cm) and 2 small melon beads, 6 cylinder beads (0.5 x 1.9 cm), 3 complete (0.8 x 1.2 cm) and 1 broken amulet, 23 tiny black ball beads, 74 small ring beads, 7 barrel beads and one multiple ring bead (0.5 x 0.6 cm).
ProvenanceFrom Egypt, Sheikh Farag SF 139. 1913: excavated by the Harvard University–Boston Museum of Fine Arts Expedition; assigned to the MFA in the division of finds by the government of Egypt.
