DescriptionThe sugar bowl has a bulbous-shaped body with a slightly flared rim, a small base, and crossed strap handles on each side of the bowl. There are foliate designs where the handles join the bowal.. There is a hand-painted, rust-colored American eagle surrounde by gold stars on each side of the bowl and a gold boarder with swags on the exterior rim.
