Fiddle, plain, down-turned tip, rounded shoulders, egg-shaped bowl.
"EB" in script laterally on the end of the stem.
"F. Curtis" in uppercase letters stamped in a rectangle on the back of the stem. The number "1" struck incuse on the reverse of the shoulder.
