DescriptionIn two parts, mounted together. Ground: cream linen cloth, almost entirely cut away. Design: silk tapestry band (.05 wide) in blue, green, brown and yellow on cream ground. Irregular ovals, each containing rabbit, bird or conventional figure, are connected with cream dots on black line. Interstices are filled with triangular conventional forms. At top (in blue) and at bottom (in brown) is a narrow crenelated border (.005 wide).
