Linen warp, wool and linen weft in tapestry woven pattern areas; linen plain weave ground. Male figure stands on capital on top of fluted column (mostly missing) holding a branch (?) in left hand and cloak or pallium draped from clasp over right shoulder; right hand missing; five flower buds worked into ground at left of figure. Condition: linen extremely brittle and soiled, many small holes.
