DescriptionWarp of linen; ground of dark blue wool; design in red, yellow, brown, green and light blue wool, and natural-colored linen. The medallion is in the shape of a leaf and the design consists of a candelabra-like plant from which stem two wing-like leaves flanking a trefoil flower; a horizontal branch with leaves and grape clusters flanking a plant motif are in the upper half of the medallion. Design shows Sassanian influence.
