Warp of linen; ground of natural-colored linen; design, of purple wool, consists of an eight pointed star enclosing a cricle with eight scrolled discs surrounded by vine leaves inside each of the triangular points of the star, eight discs, each with two scrolled lines, surround the star from which extends a pendant ending with a leaf-shaped motif; the design is woven into a piece of natural-colored linen fabric. Probably part of a covering or a hanging.
