DescriptionTapestry roundel with a central design of an eight-pointed star motif framed by a similar unit. Discs fill the areas surrounding the larger star.The frame is filled with a row of interconnected discs. Warp of linen; ground of plum-colored wool, with tracery design of natural-colored linen. Design shows Roman influence.
