DescriptionA plum colored tapestry medallion in the shape of a leaf with geometric weft float patterns woven in linen. The patterns in the main area of the medallion consist of connected octagonal motifs, enclosing small four petal-like motifs in the center of each unit. The medallion is framed by three borders of which the inner encloses interconnected discs and the outer displays connected vine leaf motifs woven against the natural colored linen.
