DescriptionCamelid fibers; interlocked tapestry with paired warps. Predominantly indigo panel consisting of two loom widths joined at central seam. Face represents Sun god on a stepped platform with puma head appendages surrounded by other human and avian-headed attendants. Condition: good, several areas of reweaving, some areas of loss.
