Obverse: Diademed head of Demetrios I to right.
Chain-wreath around.
Slightly doublestruck.
Reverse: Tyche seated to left, on throne supported by winged female monster, holding scepter in right hand and cornucopia in left. Ground line.
Monogram at left. Inscription in left and right fields.
