Description(Antwerp: Jan Moretus, 1608) Octavo; 83 leaves (plus 8 further leaves of plates); contemporary black-stamped vellum, initialled "FIAACC" and dated 1610 (rust cloth box).
Scenes of the Crucifixion and other saints martyred by crucifixion. First edition. Appended is a set of eight engravings of images related to the Passion, engraved by Abraham Hogenberg after Augustin Braun. The binding is dated 1620, soon after the Ricci publication date, which therefore dates the Hogenberg series to approximately the same date
