On top of each foot of a cista, a winged female clad in a chiton and a himation runs to the right carrying a similarly clad, wingless female in her arms. Below a bead and fillet molding, the foot itself is in the form of a lion’s foot, resting on a fringed cushion. Green crusty patina. A bit of wood was to be seen inside one of them.
