DescriptionGreenish-beige moiré silk, trimmed with darker greenish-gray silk taffeta. Bodice (a) cut like a jacket, with high round collar, short peplum and tail; long sleeves. Bands of ruching down front; bows at waist and cuffs. Skirt (b) elaborately draped and swagged, trimmed with bands of ruching and flounces. Short train. A few brown stains; two small holes in skirt near closure at back.
