Description"Uncle Toby"; man with speckled pitcher in left hand and a glass in his right hand. Coiled snake pipe against his right lapel. Blue coat, brown trousers, white tricorn hat with black scalloped borders, black shoes with buckles. Mottled purple/manganese glaze on face. Sits on a rectangular base with sponge-decorated strips of blue, black, and brown.
