U.S. REVENUE CUTTER SERVICE. Cadets in Firing Position.

CADETS IN FIRING POSITION. No military officers receive more thorough drilling with small arms than do these cadets, and it is essential that they should have such knowledge at their finger tips when they graduate. An officer in the Revenue Service is called upon to keep proficient in small arms practice, as he may be called upon to do military service at short notice.
