LINE OF CADETS. No finer body of representative young Americans can be found than are to be seen qualifying themselves for officers' commissions in the U.S. Revenue Cutter Service. The government school near Baltimore, in its requirements and in the mental, physical, nautical and military training inparted, is rapidly taking rank with the Military Academy at West Point and the Naval Academy at Annapolis.
