DescriptionCreussen ware. Brownish-black earthenware in diabolo form, silver-gilt mounts. Band at rim engraved in conventional floral pattern. Narrow midband stamped in squares as are centers of 3 connecting straps with scalloped edges, repeated on bottom band with rope molding at lower edge and wide supporting flange, to which 3 pomegranate feet with tendrils are attached.
