The plaque is as carved, with somewhat irregular edges; it now has a slightly yellow patina. Female pudenda are shown in relief. There is a circle above the inscription and a star below. The inscription reads: (Add Greek)
The inscription thus records a vow or votive offering “to the highest (Zeus Hypsistos), Daphnis dedicated this.”
