DescriptionPanel (labelled #4563). Louis XVI Style lampas broché; brown silk satin ground; design in beige and light brown; central vase with garland surrounds; flower vase, putti, and hanging lamps brocaded in polychrome silk threads. (The notebooks do not mention the exhibition of 1873, but the textile is of the same 1870's style.) Condition: Excellent.
