DescriptionPlain white petticoat which fastens at back; hem has heavier linen interfacing and cotton tape edging; back panels are gathered at waist; side and front panels hang straight with only a few tucks; two linen tape loops (about 3" long) are sewn into the waistband; waistband has been taken in at three places in the back; heavily starched. To be worn with hoop skirt.
