DescriptionSoft-paste porcelain with clear lead glaze. Flared and gadrooned foot rim. Plain between foot and straight-sided body. Lower quarter of bowl gadrooned; upper three quarters of decorated in relief with flowering and leafy plants (thistles, grapes, ferns etc.) emerging from a (crenellated) band. Gadrooned rim. Two handles are open-mouthed bearded grotesque faces.
