Silk blue and white vertical striped jacket with white sailor collar. Three mother of pearl buttons down center front. Two patch pockets with flaps with one mother of pearl button. Two long white strands hand down front from underside of collar. White cuffs with one mother of pearl button. Matching striped sash.
