DescriptionWoman's bridal coat (longpao) of orange-red silk satin with design of dragons, waves, phoenix, bats, clouds and flowers embroidered in bright greens, blues, reds, pink, yellow, white and black silk and couched with gold thread; edged with blue, black and white brocade; lined with bright green damask.

Dragon motif represents the bride as "empress" of her wedding day.
