Off-white silk embroidered in chain stitch with yellow wool threads widely wrapped with gilt metal (possibly silver), and pink and blue wool threads widely wrapped with silver used in some blossom centers; floral sprig motifs and star-and-crescent motifs throughout. More elaborate floral patterns and calligraphy around collar of blouse and center panel, border of skirt, and ends of scarf
(a) Blouse, square shape, open in front, long rectangular sleeves that widen slightly at ends. Narrow crocheted edging in yellow gilt threads on neckline and ends of sleeves. Three tasseled cords in yellow gilt threads on each side of front opening. Densely embroidered around neck and sleeve openings
(b) Skirt, four lengths of silk sewn together at the sides to form a tube. Raw top edge. Densely embroidered border and trapezoidal panel probably meant to be the front. Embroidered over seams
(c) Scarf, rectangular, floral sprigs and star-and-cresent mtoifs throughout (single sprig missing from central section), dense floral borders, and ends embroidered with three identical calligraphic characters within scrolled floral design. Rolled hems at sides secured with looped white silk thread. Alternating white silk and yellow gilt tassels tied on with warp threads at ends
