Pleated silk dress “delphos”. Two panels of light black silk satin, sewn together. Signature printed in red in one of the inner selvedges (Made in Italy Fabrique en Italie, Fortuny Depose). Glass beads on two sides. Stylized vegetal pattern printed on the narrow belt (b). Round box (c,d) bears address of Fortuny’s New York shop.
