Dress of brown silk with draped front neckline, fall collar in back, short draped sleeves. Full skirt, shaped with darts at waist and entirely underlined with stiff non-woven interfacing. Tie belt made of narrow stuffed tube of same fabric. Label at left waist seam: “Ceil Chapman.”
