Indian-inspired woman’s dress, princess cut with slight flare, of green cotton gauze printed in a small-scale paisley pattern, brocaded with Lurex in a diamond lattice pattern. Shaped neck yoke, band collar, cuffs and hem band in related red cotton gauze; printed pattern and lattice of brocading are both different from that of the green fabric. Dress is underlined throughout with a lightweight green rayon princess-line slip with taupe nylon spaghetti straps; labels read “Mollie Parnis New York” and “ILGWU”
