Red wool plain weave (crepe) long dress with one shoulder strap and an asymetrical neckline. At the right shoulder is a metal hook and eye closure. Right side seam zipper. Attached at either side of the shoulder seam is a geometric patterned, silk plain weave shawl. The black silk consists of a striped pattern which is formed by floating weft threads. This fabric also features yellow, white, teal and blue geometric patterns created from weaving dyed yarns. Complimenting these shapes is beading in corresponding colors to each shape. Red accent lines of beads are also present, as well a black beading in various geometric shapes on the black portion of the fabric. The front hemline of the dress curves upward to the right side seam creating a high slit. On the back of the dress, the shawl wraps around the body ending at the back on the shoulder seam. The interior is lined in the same red wool as the face. Black synthetic covered foam breast cups are tacked onto the lining. The shawl is lined in black silk chiffon.
