Light blue ribbed silk ground; the design of undulating lines of delicate conventional flowers and leaves, from which spring other flowers which form symmetrical groups between the undulating lines of flowers, is woven with white, violet, pink, red and green silk. A full skirt and a pointed waist with low-cut neck and short sleeves. I think that this dress was made over, probably between 1820-1830.
