Black machine made lace dress in two parts, (a) bodice fitted, buttoned down center front with jet buttons, lined throughout with heavy black satin, V neck with slight standing collar at back, long sleeves puffed at shoulder, slight peplum effect in back, deep flounce all around bottom of bodice, broad band of jet beading around neck and front opening, two jet beaded ornaments with jet bead fringe on each sleeve, short lace ruffle on sleeve edges; (b) skirt lined with heavy black satin underskirt, plain in front, full in back with fullness in pleats, lace draped in front with two large jet beaded ornaments and jet bead fringe at left and right fronts, very full toward back with fullness in pleats, deep band of self ruching all around bottom of black satin underskirt.
