DescriptionDress in two parts and extra piece in brocaded sheer silk printed in pink, red, light blue floral sprig pattern with green stems trimmed with lace (machine embroidered net in several different floral patterns); bodice (a), wide neckline of pink chiffon edged in lace with two puffs at front, lace trim on floral pattern silk and pink taffeta, elbow-length sleeves of pleated and puffed floral pattern silk with pink satin bows and deep lace cuffs, petersham printed in green with illegible name of Paris maker, "A. . . e Sa. . . /PAR[IS]", sewn inside, hook and eye back closure; skirt (b), bell-shaped with most of fullness and train at back, vertical bands of printed and brocaded sheer silk alternating with lace insertions, horizontal pleated band of printed and brocaded sheer silk, deep hem of two different patterns of lace lined in pink chiffon with rouched edge, attached underskirt of white chiffon fully lined in white taffeta with pinked edges; extra piece (c) of brocade and printed sheer silk in different colorway from dress (printed purple and cerise)
