DescriptionBlack dress with black "velvety" and cut-pile shiny plastic textured polkadots. Off-the-shoulder neckline with rouched three quarter length sleeves, dropped waistline and knee-length skirt. Skirt has vertical lines of loose gathering and added black ribbon rosettes. Center back zipper and hook and eye. Lined in plain weave black silk and boned in the bodice. with interfacing at the neckline. Skirt has layered tulle inside and interfacing inside the hemline.
