DescriptionSmall brimmed hat covered in navy/white striped silk plain weave fabric with matching large silk flower attached at side. Self-fabric ribbon and bow around crown. Lined with white silk and navy grosgrain ribbon. small plastic comb attached to ribbon. Two labels: "Walter Florell, 30 West 57th St. New York" and "Julius Garfinckel and Co. Washington".
