DescriptionWhite scarf with fringed edges. Border has four sections: blue stripe, red stripe, blue stars, yellow squares. In the center is floral/vegetal patterns in red/green/blue, books that read "PROCLAIM LIBERTY THROUGHOUT THE LAND..." In the center is a yellow circle with three white airplanes surrounded by a blue circle with the words "LET'S GO USA! KEEP EM FLYING."
