DescriptionBlue/gray scarf with white border. Fringes on edges. Circle in the middle looks like a bullseye (four bands each divided into many sections). Each section has a symbol associated with different ranks in the military. In the middle is the presidential seal and on each corner of the scarf is the symbol of each of the four branches of the military accompanied by white text that identifies each branch.
