DescriptionIvory satin with sweetheart neckline, poufed leg-of-mutton sleeves with points at wrists. High, shaped waist seam, 8 gore skirt flares to long, wide train. Self-covered buttons and loop closures at center back and wrists. Blue silk ribbon bow attached inside seam at the side of the train. No label. Veil of ivory silk net, attached to "Mary Stuart" headpiece, gathered net on wire frame, lined with net ruffles. Open back, edge decorated with wax orange blossoms and cloth leaves, with elastic strap. Labeled: "The French Shop, Wm. Filene's Sons Co., Boston"
