Cast gold alloy adornment with three conjoined frog-headed, curly-tailed zoomorphs. No suspension ring is present, although likely it was worn as a pendant. The outside paws on both sides of the piece have been repaired.


Descended in the Coolidge Family, Massachusetts; to Catherine Coolidge Lastavica in 1958; lent to MFA January 11, 1983; to MFA, December 1985, gift of Catherine Coolidge Lastavica.
