Class Description: Living in the Moment

It can be difficult to detach ourselves from our busy lives and focus on the present moment, but it can also be very helpful. Many artists use mindfulness techniques to help them create artworks and stay in their artistic “zone”. Join us to learn some mindfulness methods, and then practice using your techniques while making marbled paper in the art studio.
