Directed by Stanley Kubrick (USA/UK, 1968, 161 min.). Digital. English with open captions.

Stanley Kubrick’s magnum opus takes us on a breathtaking voyage to discover our place in the universe. In the year 2001, when a massive black object is discovered on the face of the moon, astronauts Dave Bowman (Keir Dullea) and Frank Poole (Gary Lockwood) are sent on an exploratory mission to Jupiter to seek its origin. In the far reaches of space, they unlock untold secrets about humankind’s origins—and our collective destiny.
