Directed by Duncan Jones (UK/USA, 2009, 97 min.). Digital.

Directed by Duncan Jones (David Bowie’s son), Moon is an experimental sci-fi film whose minimal aesthetic is reminiscent of the works of Andrei Tarkovsky (Stalker; Solaris). Astronaut Sam Bell's (Sam Rockwell) three-year shift at a lunar mine is finally coming to an end, and he's looking forward to his reunion with his wife (Dominique McElligott) and young daughter. But things get complicated when Sam encounters an inexplicable stowaway on his ship with a very familiar face.
