Join us this fall as we voyage to Japan with Anne Nishimura Morse, William and Helen Pounds Senior Curator of Japanese Art, and Edward Saywell, Chief of Exhibitions Strategy and Gallery Displays.
The dates of our trip are confirmed as October 13–26, 2020 and the autumn is the perfect time to visit as Tokyo quiets down, following the Olympic Games 2020, and the foliage turns. We travel through Tokyo, Naoshima, Kyoto, and Kanazawa to explore the dialogue between traditional and contemporary in modern Japan. Explore this fascinating country through experiences only the MFA can provide, due to our unique relationship and deep connections abroad.
Final itinerary, including cost and registration information, are under development with our tour operator and will be available shortly. Please contact MFA Travel (firstname.lastname@example.org or 617-369-3319) to be added to the wait list and to receive more information once available.
