The Korean Wave.” In celebration of Korean art and pop culture, we’re welcoming college and university students to the Museum for a special evening of dance performances, art making, music, gallery talks, free food, and more! Admission—including access to “Hallyu!”—is free with a valid school ID.

Sounds Bites: Korean Music and Delta Blues

Don’t miss a one-of-a-kind performance that synthesizes traditional Korean music and American blues in an innovative and thoroughly contemporary way. Musicians Yoona Kim (ajaeng) and Roman Barten-Sherman (banjo and guitar) play tracks from their first album, Delta Dokkaebi, along with new compositions that showcase the dynamic fusion of their musical influences.
